Politicians who availed themselves in attending the memorial service of Khayalethu Magadla, were under fire after Operation Dudula leader Nhlanhla Lux gave them an ultimatum to prove their worth and commitment.
Given the podium, Lux took the chance to question the traditional leadership of South Africa, as to where is their participation when political leaders are failing to deliver service to their people, making an example using a child. The Soweto resident Lux, says he challenges political leaders present at the service, to transform the life of a young man who stood on his left hand side, calling on them to change a life of a youth, to indicate their value of holding positions.
Khayalethu Magadla, fell in a pit and was searched for over a week, the 6 year old’s memorial was held at his home in Soweto and will be laid to rest in Eastern Cape. a memorial stand was put up of pictures and balloons where he originally fell.
