Manchester United manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, made multiple second half substitutions which were instrumental in United’s victory with Fred and Jesse Lingard involved in the build up to the 94th minute winner by Ronaldo with the score line ending 2-1 at full time in United’s favour. Solskjaer heaped praise on Cristiano Ronaldo in his post match interview with BT Sport.

“Sometimes it’s not about a pass there, a pass there, it’s the crowd, and when you have Cristiano on the pitch, there’s always a chance,” Said Solskjaer, as per the Guardian. “Cristiano is so good in front of goal, and he has an impact on everyone,” added Solskjaer, as per the Guardian.
