The long living African National Congress Political Party is in a celebratory mood at the Euphoria Hotel ahead of their anniversary event set for 08 January 2022.
President Cyril Ramaphosa along with other members of the political party were witnessed partaking and hosting various team building activities in Limpopo as preparations for the parties 110th anniversary for Saturday. Fikile Mbalula was leading many while the president had a blast in a Presidential Golf Day held at the Euphoria Hotel.
The birthday celebration was not as warmly welcomed by ANC supporters in polokwane saying they do not see the relevance of this even happening as it looks like a way for the party to just waste yet again tax payer’s money while residents starve.
Duduzani Zuma was also spotted visiting a local community on Thursday, a community that was left without a councillor due to killings of candidates prior elections. Residents have showed the appreciation of Duduzani taking the time to visit their area and see situations first hand.
Meanwhile the ANC Youth league members have caused chaos at the gate of the Jack Botes Polokwane Hall where Ramaphosa the ANC president is meant to address a Peter Mokaba memorial Lecture. They say they are not happy with the tag requirement. The late Peter Mokaba was the ANCYL president of Limpopo.
Due to the restriction of Covid-19 and it protocols, only 2000 people will be allowed to attend the event, to adhere to the regulations.
