EFF opens assault and sexual assault case against Mapisa-Nqakula

The Economic Freedom Fighters Political Party has opened a case against the speaker of the national assembly Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula alleging she instructed “thugs” to get into the national assembly and assault MPs.

The party issued out a statement stating they have “opened a criminal case against the tyrannical bloodthirsty and factional speaker of the National Assembly Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula after she resolved to instruct thugs to barge into the National Assembly and assault members of the parliament.”

According to the statement, Mapisa-Nqakula was defending a “money laundering, kidnapping and torture accused president” and ordered that a female MP be assaulted by “so called parliament protection services.” a case was opened at the Cape Town Central police station with case number CAS 458/6/2022, and plan to pursue private prosecutions if their case is not taken seriously.

“The battle against Ramaphosa and his cronies is far from over, wherever he speaks and the EFF has an opportunity, we will ensure he answers to the grave accusations of money laundering against him, a crime which erodes our fiscus and is defined by criminality, tax evasion an illicit financial flow of funds.
