Toyota Minibus Caught With Ballot Papers.

Toyota minibus was caught red-handed with a black bag containing marked and unmarked ballot papers. It has been a long 48 hours as the counting of votes has come to an end. The voting stations opened on Monday 01 November 2021 at  9am.

Only a total of about 26 228, 975 voters registered to vote and out this 26 228,975 only minority of eligible South Africans chose to vote  meanwhile the vast majority either did not register to vote or decided not to. Non-voters included tens of million people in South Africa who stay in poor rural areas.

Reasons behind the decisions of not voting were said to be caused by the majority of none voters experiencing factors such as unprecedented unemployment, poor service delivery, basic Education, Health System breaking down and sky rocketting COVID-19 stats. With the vote count taking longer than predicted, people also took it to social media to express their thoughts and emphasized that its about time despite that society has lost hope in the ruling party.

It is alleged that an IEC minibus was caught by EFF members in Thulamahashe Bushbuckridge , consisting of new ballot boxes that the culprits were found ticking alongside there was a black plastic bag filled with marked and unmarked ballot papers.The discovered ballot papers allegedly had Themba Godi’s APC voted for .

These practices has led many talking on social media platforms, with Tebatso Malatji II  on facebook stating that “This IEC will be the end of our democracy” and Unita Lesego Mia Kayla also adding to that by saying “Only Online voting can give accurate information”

A final report of the voting counts will be adressed to the nation as soon as numbers are made valid and accurate. The IEC still mantains the statement of being happy with the way the outcome of the voting went and that they will put all culprits who tempared with ballots to book. Voting count is made available on all media platforms for access to the public.
