Nomia Rosemary Ndlovu has been found guilty of all charges

The Three month much publicised trial of former police officer, Nomia Rosemary Ndlovu, has come to an end after she was found guilty of all the charges brought up against her including Murder and attempted murder at the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s court on Friday, 22 October 2021.

The National Prosecuting Authority has confirmed that Rosemary Ndlovu has been found guilty and charged with six counts of murder, four counts of fraud, defeating the ends of justice, conspiracy to commit murder and attempted murder or alternatively, eight counts of incitement to commit murder.

The NPA has also revealed that the Presiding Judge, Ramarumo Monama, has been convinced without reasonable doubt that the state has proven its case against the accused Ndlovu.  Rosemary is to be sentenced on the 5th of November 2021 and will remain in custody until then.

Rosemary Ndlovu was arrested in March 2018 after the police set up a sting operation in which Ndlovu was filmed orchestrating a hit on her sister and her kids in a video that has gone viral on social media ever since. This came after the Hitman, Njabulo Kunene, had approached the police and told them of Ndlovu’s request which led to Ndlovu’s subsequent arrest.
