The higly anticipated Mzansi Viewers Choice Awards awards aired on Saturday evening with some of Mzansi’s favourite Artists and media personalities walking away as ultimate winners.

Mzansi Venda singer Makhadzi walked away as the winner of Mzansi favourite Artist and her song together with Prince Benza, Ghanama as Mzansi’s favourite song. Mzansi soulful artists Sjava, Sun El Musician delighted the audiences and viewers with the best performances on the night.

Lawrence Maleka was the biggest winner of the night walking away with te UltimateViewers Choice Award and favourite presenter award, while Connie Ferguson was voted the favourite media personality. Gomora actress Savannah Mchunu walked away with te favourite actress award entertaining the viewers during her acceptance speech with some of her lines from Gomora script.

Former class act graduate, Abdul Khoza walked away with the favourite actor award, Selbeyonce walked away as the favourite Radio personality winner and in the sports Personality Springbok coach Rassie Erasmus walked awat as favourite sports personality winner. Shimza won the favourite DJ award and Skhumba as the favourite Comedian.
