According to multiple reports, Manchester United resolved to fire head coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer following poor results against fellow Premier league team Watford.

Manchester United have experienced multiple poor results, derailing their quest to reclaim the Premier league title, following a humiliating loss against Watford, United reportedly held an emergency board meeting in which a decision was taken to dismiss the coach.

The red devils earlier suffered a humiliating big margin loss to Liverpool which was later followed by a number of poor results both in the champions league and the premier league, though the club reiterrated their support for Ole giving him a chance to build the team with the hope of seeing changed results.

According to multiple reports Manchester United are in talks with Zinedine Zidane, who is set to take over from the now sacked Manchester United mentor Ole, Zidane’s mandate will be to get the club back to winning ways and make the team compettive both in the Champions league and the Premier league.
