Kaizer Chiefs have announced the signing of Christian Saile Basomboli from Ncha Ga Rangees on a three and half year deal.

Basomboli impressed Arthur Zwane his technical team on trial during the 2022 FIFA World Cup break.

The towering striker (22) bolsters Chiefs attacking options that features Bonfils Caleb Bimenyimana.

The 22-year-old joined the Zambian based team, Nchanga Rangers in 2021 and played in the National Division One, where he was the top goal scorer with 19 goals and helped promote Rangers.

“Kaizer Chiefs are pleased to announce the signing of Congolese 22-year-old left-footed striker Christian Saile Basomboli,” the club said via a statement.
