Global Oil CEO Theo Mphosi dies

News of Limpopo-based businessman Theo Mphosi’s passing filled the internet in the early Monday morning with the businessman’s friends, colleagues, and fans sending condolences to his family.

Global oil confirmed that the CEO passed away on Sunday 05 June 2022, as they asked the public to give them space to grieve the passing of the beloved businessman. Global oil is a 100% black-owned oil company based in Limpopo with a footprint all over the continent.

The oil company is known for its sponsorship of Limpopo-based premier soccer league team Baroka football club and petrol stations all over South Africa, Theo Mphosi played a huge role in developing the oil company and he was also the owner of MTR construction.

The company has over 100 fuel stations in South Africa, Eswatini, Botswana, and other African countries, the public described Theo as a renowned businessman who had lots of love for developments, especially in his home province Limpopo.

Global oil will issue further communication in relation to the funeral arrangements and memorial service.
