All Global Filling Stations to be closed Tomorrow

All Rheinland Group businesses, including all the Global filling stations will be closed for some time tomorrow as the Global Oil CEO Mr Theo Mphosi will be laid to rest.

Global Oil CEO Theo Mphosi passed away on Sunday 05 June 2022, his memorial service was held yesterday in Polokwane Broadlands Estate where Mr Mphosi and his family lived. Family members and friends remembered the business giant, sharing their personal memories, experiences  and interactions with Theo.

With the burial set to take place tomorrow, the proceeding starting at 7am. The holding company of Global Oil, Rheinland Group announced that all their businesses including 152 Global filling stations will be closed between 5am and 12h00, with the business operations continuing as normal after that time.

Mr Mphosi was described as a dreamer and visionary, a person who was forever smilling and loved people, he never looked down on anyone because of their social status or positions they held at work. Global oil has over 2500 employees in most provinces all over the country. Theo Mphosi will be laid to rest at his parental home in Rheinland village, Shakoleng, Senwabarwana, Bochum.

This evening his body will pass by at Broadlands estate at around 3pm where a short prayer will be held, before he is transported to his parental home, and a prayer session will also be held between 5pm and 7pm.
