DSTV premiership club, Marumo Gallants football club, have released an official statement announcing that they have suspended three (3) players with immediate effect for reasons not disclosed by the club ownership.

Tholang Masegela, Aluwani Nedzamba and Simon Mamudzidi are the three first team players that have been suspended by the club. Even though the club have not cited any reasons that might have led to the suspension of the three players.

Multiple sources have reported that the dismissal of the players is linked to a dispute between the players and the club hierarchy. According to Kick Off, the consequential decision by the club is as a result of the club’s contractual disagreements/disputes with the players.

Marumo Gallants are set to take on Lamontville Golden Arrows on Sunday, 03 October 2021, in the DSTV premiership looking to improve on their poor form of one (1) win in their last five (5) matches in all competitions.
