A scene to remember, got many hooked on to their screens. Mzansi is going crazy with the original South African telenovela on showmax, ‘The Wife’.
Khanyi Mbau joined the set for season 2 and each day Mzansi falls in love with her character Zandile. With the latest scene of her, SA went crazy with the intimate moment between her and Mondli who plays Nkosana, as though they were part of the scene.
Zandile and Nkosana had what is called a passionate intimate sex, leaving jaws dropping with how real it all felt. From the positions to the facial impressions, viewers praised the scene to this moment.
However Khanyi Mbau took to her twitter account to share her piece about how they book is more sexually detailed than the telenovela. Many agreed with her saying the book carries more sex scenes than the telenovela.

The telenovela ‘The Wife’ is taken from the book Hlomu the Wife. So far the telenova has been welcomed and loved, with it breaking the record multiple times on Showmax. Viewers are hoping for more similar scenes from Zandile and Nkosana, perfect characters played by Khanyi and Mondli.
