Kaizer Chiefs linked with Coal City Wizards

With the new CAF’s licensing requirement which calls for clubs to have women’s teams in order to participate in continental competitions could see Kaizer Chiefs make their long-awaited debut in the Hollywoodbets Super League.

 

As part of a move to help grow the women’s game in Africa and the launch of the CAF Women’s Champions League, clubs are encouraged to ply their trade in the Hollywoodbets Super League if they want to participate at continental level.

 

 

Amakhosi have been linked with Hollywoodbets Super League status of Coal City Wizards whose Chairman recently passed away. Sources reveals that they have already made contact with the Mpumalanga-based club.

 

 

 

 

Speaking in an interview on Radio 2000’s sports show Game Time in July last year, the club’s Director of Digital Kemiso Motaung hinted that the club will make it’s debut in the Women’s Division this season.

 

 

 

Kaizer Chiefs will join TS Galaxy, Mamelodi Sundowns and Royal AM in Women’s division.
