Whilst other teams have been preparing for Africa’s biggest showpiece the Gabonese Football Federation are currently faced with a crisis as players have reportedly refused to travel without getting paid bonuses they were allegedly promised for qualifying for the AFCON tournament in Cameroon.

Africa Newz have been informed that the players were promised bonuses when they qualified for the AFCON tournament in Cameroon and were recently promised the payments after the preparation match against Mauritania last week Saturday hence why they have refused to travel for the tournament.
