Ward 25 councillor Tebogo Sepalo was allegedly arrested Sunday noon, following a case opened against him. Earlier in the week, Sepalo went viral following a sex video of him and a well know male individual, reached social media.

A couple of women went on to usher allegations of him demanding and taking part in sexual favours, in exchange of offering employment. He confirmed on local radio that he indeed shared pictures and clips of nudity to two women, who he says the relationship was rather consensual between two adults. The ANC in North West withdrew their support for him and later issued a statement confirming suspension. News on 07 May Sunday at 12:00, suggested Sepalo has been arrested. The congregation where he is a prophet, has not yet issued a statement or condemned the act.
