A horrible scene witnessed at the Tembisa hospital, leaving the nurse and staff traumatised as they sing her off to the mortuary.

An armed police officer on duty entered the hospital premises gunning down his girlfriend who happened to be a nurse at the hospital before turning the gun on himself. Fortunate enough he did not end his life and currently fighting for his life under strict supervision.

A video of the nurses and staff members singing while the body of the victim is accompanied by pathologists, making its way to the pathology service van is making its rounds on social media. The moment hard to swallow when watching brought tears to many amongst the crowd with social media users also not holding back in expressing their pain.

The tragic event disturbed the country as a whole upon realising how easy its turning out for people to kill partners. The gender based violence organisations were left speechless coming to learn the suspects is of the law.

People are disappointed as to how such could happen with both parties being essential workers, most especially the officer who sworn to not harm but protect. The hospital was shut down, further information relating to service is expected for the public.
