Remember how Glenda fought for her man Kwaito over Lizzy? She went above and beyond to be the one but Kwaito ended up leaving her, due to her ruthless scheming to get Lizzy fired. Now guess who got the man of her dreams and a wedding.
We saw one of the ANC members Joseph Boy Mamabolo exchange wedding vows in Seshego on September 24, not knowing that Limpopo had booked Heritage day as #Wedding Day. Nozi Langa who plays Glenda on one of the SABC 1 South African Soapies Skeem Saam, rocked Heritage Day in a beautifully coloured Sepedi traditional attire.
While scrolling through Instagram we came across a number of images of people in their traditional attire in celebration of Heritage Day but it was Langas photographs that stood out the most, apart from Makhadzi. She was celebrating her traditional wedding after tying the knot with her husband in Polokwane This Friday. What sold the pictures as her wedding ceremony was the bridal broom she was holding and when she was being covered with a blanket, as that signifies being welcomed and recognized as a married woman by the husband’s family.
In all the pictures she shared on her Instagram account, Langa seemed very happy, showing off beautiful joyful smiles on each picture taken. The wedding looked privately intimate with only close friends and family, as there was no evidence of her colleagues on the images.
Well, fans seem to be happy for the young actress, all that we should wait for, is to see if Lizzy will also score one for the team (ladies) just as Glenda has, or will she end up walking down the aisle with Kwaito. We expect to see more of Glenda’s character on Skeem Saam after she sought to do some soul searching and starting a new chapter after moving out of Mapitsi’s flat and deciding on changing career. More pictures of the beautiful traditional wedding ceremony are accessible on her account.
