SABC has issued out a statement, alerting the public of the recent fake news spread throughout social media.
STATEMENT:
The statement about SABC car radio licenses is FAKE.
“The SABC has not issued any media statement making such public pronouncements regarding licences for car radios.”

This comes after a statement with the SABC logo was taken to social media, suggesting individuals with a motor vehicle will each have to pay a “car radio license” worth R401. The SABC has informed the public the information released is false amd uses the public to stop spreading the information.
