DSTV premiership club TS Galaxy football club have announced that they have appointed 42-year-old tactician, Sead Ramovic as the club’s New Head Coach on a three-year deal.
The German tactician will take over from the departed Owen Da Gama. In a statement, the clubs president, Tim Sukazi, explained the appointment of the former Wolfsburg goalkeeper. “we are quite delighted to have secured the services of Mr. Sead Ramovic as the Head coach of TS Galaxy football club. I’ve known Sead during his playing days which made his move a seamless transaction,” said Sukazi.
“As a young club, we stand to benefit from his experience in top European which includes playing in the German Bundesliga for eight years. He is on a UEFA pro license programme which is the highest coaching qualification in the world,” Sukazi added.
The club also announced that Shawn Bartlett will continue in his role as interim coach until Ramovic receives his work permit and also confirmed that the German will be present in the stands when TS Galaxy take on Sekhukhune United on Saturday, 02 October 2021 at 15:30pm in their battle to get out of the relegation zone in the DSTV premiership standings where they sit 16th.
Sead Ramovic has represented quite a number of clubs during his playing days including Wolfsburg, Stuttgarter Kickers, VFL Stuttgart, Borussia Monchengladbach, Kickers Offenbach, Tromso IL, Lillestrom SK, and Stromsgodset and also served as assistant manager at Serbian club FK Novi Pazar for five (5) years under quite a number of different mangers as per transfermarket.
