Netflix and Squid Game creators, have announced that a season is on the way. Using the Red Light GreenLight doll from season one and the song, everyone knew the game is back on.

Hwang Dong-Hyuk, the writer, director, producer, creator of Squid Game, issued out a statement when announcing the return, it is headlined: “A whole new round is coming,” informing that Squid Game season 2 will indeed feature more deadly playground games. “It took 12 years to bring the first season of ‘Squid Game’ to life last year. But it took 12 days for Squid Game’ to become the most popular Netflix series ever,” reads the message from Hwang.

Fans are already looking forward to the new season with many saying this will bring closer to them. However no date has been given yet.
