A devastating scenario leaves Atteridgeville community speechless after neighbours pitbulls, allegedly annihilated a six year old girl. The little girl was found in a pool of her own blood, left for dead by two pitbulls that attacked her to dead, while playing in the house.

Reports say the “six-year-old girl was mauled to death by a neighbour’s pit bull inside the house where they were playing at Marabastad informal settlement in Atteridgeville.Parents and neighbours of a six-year-old girl who was mauled to death by a neighbour’s pit bull are still traumatised.” Social media has reacted to the news and call for the arrest of the owner.

People are calling for the owners of the dogs in question to be brought to book and ace jail time for not being able to train the dogs to cause harm but protect. “I’ve owned Pitbulls ever since I was 6 these dogs are family oriented dogs who are loving and egger to please, some owners will intentionally make their dogs aggressive for no reason whatsoever so don’t blame the breed blame the owner”

Details of the six year old are not yet clear and a comment from her traumatised family has not yet been shared with the media. Messages of condolences have been pouring in for the family, wishing them healing from such a traumatic scene to bare witness to. “Rest in peace little one…you didn’t deserve to die like that. I pray for healing and peace upon your family in these hard times.”
