As the court proceedings of Thabo Bester continues, his new legal team has addressed the court to never having agreed to a visual appearance of their client Bester.

They say they need to consult and cannot do so because he is not in court.They are requesting the matter be brought to court to convey the issue -preferably tomorrow.

Besters legal team further suggest the court should have with them papers that proof that the accused before them is indeed Thabo Bester. However the court say they have bo reason to doubt the man before them is the Thabo Bester.

In the meantime, Dr Nandipha Magudumana made a shocking short virtual appearance as well. Both cases have been postponed to 20 June.
