Tik Tok users are mourning the death of 19 year old Tik Tok star Cooper Noriega. His body was found in a parking lot at Los Angeles Mall on Thursday 09 June, hours after sharing the caption “Who else b thinking they gon die young af.” on a video of him laying on bed.

Based on reports, Noriega has now wounds and showed no signs of trauma on his body, with also no foul play witnessed from observing the scene. His death is now under investigation, with also cause of death not yet revealed. The young influencer had 1.77 million followers on TikTok, where he posted a comedic content. He was also known for skateboarding and fashion, and known as a model on Instagram with 427,000 followers.

Earlier in the month (June) Noriega in his bio announced that he has started a Discord group strictly to discuss mental health. “I’ve been struggling with addiction since I was 9 years old, you may think that’s crazy but that’s the live I’ve been dealt. I would like to use the influence I’ve been given to create a space built on spreading awareness and normalizing talking about mental illness.”

“One of the many things I’ve learned while struggling with addiction was that surrounding yourself with negative people, will only bring you down. For that reason, Discord is meant to bring us together and create a safe space where people can vent and help others through their tough times.” Noriega wished to open his own rehab facility to help many who struggled with addiction like he did.
