Truelove magazine has revealed their April/May issue with Limpopo’s very own singer, Makhadzi on the cover. Alongside the ‘Matorokisi’ hit maker, the magazine features some of Mzansi’s favourite TikTok content creators.

Featured in the fashion section Baby Diaz, Chad jones, Kayla-Kim Lathitha and Sphokuhle N, are all names you should be on the lookout for. “My proudest moment this year” Sphokhule expressed in her latest Instagram post as she shared behind the scenes images and videos of the entire experience.

“Our Message today is for the youth in this room with Makhadzi, who is only 25 years old, a young women who is making it against all odds, a young woman from a village in Limpopo, who followed her dreams and today she is one of the biggest stars from Africa. She is always booked Monday to Monday and it just goes to show putting in the effort goes a long way.” said the magazine editor at the cover reveal event.

According to the Truelove editor everyone in attendance of the event was handpicked by the singer to join in the celebration of her magazine cover. Makhadzi took to stage with nothing but words of appreciation, “For me to be on a magazine cover is a dream come true” said the singer.
